   2. Bookings: We act as an intermediary between you and the hosts who have listed their experiences (stays and activities) on our website. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel or activity provider. We cannot guarantee that any booking will be accepted by the host, nor can we guarantee the quality of the hostor its services. Any disputes or issues regarding bookings or hotel stays must be resolved directly with the host.
   
   
   3. The Company reserves the right to withdraw Your access to the Website, at any time, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. The provisions regarding to disclaimer, privacy policy, accuracy of information and indemnification shall survive the withdrawal of Your access to the Website.

The Company is not responsible for loss of data or any other information including loss of money for any actions undertaken on any such Third Party Websites/Pages/Applications. You hereby indemnify the Company from any claims whatsoever arising out of such transactions/actions undertaken by You or on Your behalf.
