Please note:
- This property is restricted only to the top floor of the villa. For larger groups looking to book the entire villa, contact the Avathi Team.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage.
- The property is pet-friendly; however, pets are not allowed on the beds. Guests are expected to carry food and bedding for their pets.
- Guests are required to hand over a hard copy of their Aadhar Card to the housekeeper at the time of check-in.

- Pick-up and drop off services.
- Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is intimated more than 1 week from the check-in date, the guests can opt to reschedule their trip to another date based on availability.
- Cancellations intimated within less than 1 week from the check-in date, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
- Once the booking has been confirmed, cancellations will not be entertained. Rescheduling is only possible if the cancellation is intimated more than a week prior to the check-in date.

- Great place for an experience. The ambiance was fantastic. You can order food from Swiggy or Zomato also which was great considering the remote location it was situated in. Early mornings are the best as the cool breeze and the mountains give you the perfect combination of foothills.
If you are planning for 3-4 people it's best, more than that it would be difficult to accommodate.
The host Lokesh, was available all the time, and the manager, Nagrajan was also very helpful.
Bonfire can also be done in the garden area.
